1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact us promptly with your order number to request cancellation. -
After Dispatch:
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. You may, however, request a return if the item qualifies (see below).
2. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only if:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

The item is unused, with original packaging and tags intact
We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used items

Items without original packaging

Customized or made-to-order products
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

We will review the request and, if approved, provide reverse pickup instructions or a return address.
4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are made only to the original payment method (for prepaid orders).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you to collect bank account details for the refund transfer.

No store credit or wallet refunds are offered.
5. Shipping Charges on Returns

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Plant Grow will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to reasons not attributable to us (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
